Overview
ZupFlash is a desktop application that runs entirely on your computer. We do not operate servers, collect data, or track usage. This policy explains what data exists on your machine and how it is handled.
Data We Do NOT Collect
- No analytics or usage tracking
- No telemetry or crash reporting
- No user accounts or authentication
- No cookies or browser fingerprinting
- No data is sent to ZupFlash servers (we don't have any)
Data Stored Locally
- API Keys — Encrypted and stored locally on your machine. Never transmitted.
- Conversations — Stored locally on your machine. Never uploaded.
- Settings — Stored locally (theme, hotkey, overlay preferences).
Third-Party AI Providers
When you send a prompt, it goes directly from your machine to your chosen AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) using your own API key. ZupFlash does not proxy, intercept, or store these requests. Each provider's own privacy policy governs how they handle your prompts.
